Age Policies
HIRAYA SPA is an adult-only facility. In order to maintain a peaceful environment, children under 12 years are not allowed in the spa without parental consent. Children aged 12 years and above may undergo treatment if they have a signed parental consent form, please ask assistance from our receptionist regarding the form.
Arrival Time
HIRAYA SPA kindly requests you to please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your appointment, upon arrival you will be asked to fill up a health consultation form. Please inform the receptionist if you are pregnant or have any health issues that we have to pay much of attention.
Cancellations and Delayed Arrivals
In consideration to other spa guests, HIRAYA SPA requests that notice should be given at least 4 hours in advance. If you think you cannot come for your booked appointment, please call our receptionist who will be happy to help you reschedule your appointment. If you will arrive late, know that we will still accommodate your full treatment. However, please note that your treatment time will be shortened without any price reduction considering that there should be another guest to follow afterwards your treatment. Otherwise, we can do a full hour if we didn't have any other bookings after yours.
Cellphones and Devices
For the comfort of other spa guests, please ensure that you devices are on mute mode upon entering spa.
Valueables
Please do not bring any valuable, the spa is not responsible to any of your lost.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be presented within the validity dates upon arrival at the spa, please note that gift vouchers are non-transfereable.

In order to give you a wonderful and unforgettable spa experience, please let your therapist know if there is any other way that can improve your treatment and comfort. For example, you wanted to have a lighter or stronger pressure level of massage, the music volume, the room temperature.
